As an IT specialist, you will shape the digital infrastructure of our medium-sized commercial law firm with a focus on smart, secure and scalable solutions. You will actively drive forward the use of artificial intelligence - focusing on the development and operation of graph and vector databases - as well as the automation of legal and administrative processes.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated System Administrator/DevOps who will support and further develop our infrastructure with technical expertise and enthusiasm.

Your tasks:

• Support and maintenance of our Windows and Linux infrastructure
• Administration and further development of virtualized server environments
• Implementation and optimization of internal IT solutions
• Collaboration on DevOps processes and automation projects
• Technical support for our law firm teams on site and remotely
• Ensuring data protection and IT security

What we expect from you:

• Completed IT training (HTL, apprenticeship, FH) or comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of experience in system administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with virtualization solutions (e.g. Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V)
• Ideally initial experience with Python or PowerShell
• Enjoy structured work and a high sense of responsibility
